 Work within the management team to manage all aspects of project delivery:


  • Team selection with specific Role descriptions for each team member

  • Training, coaching and mentoring of each team member

  • Provide effective performance management with Key objectives tailored to suit the project deliverables

  • Develop and maintain robust project plan with agreed milestones to satisfy client timescales

  • Provide regular briefings and updates on project status to all stakeholders

  • Effective risk management to Identify and mitigate all potential risks that may develop into threats to the success of the project

  • Deal with all suppliers to ensure that delivery deadlines and quality standards are met

  • Identify and address all potential issues that may develop into threats to the project delivery
